We create a “Wow” factor where none exists. Our job is to get buyers through the front door the first time and back again. That’s what we do and we do it very well.
How It Works:
We visit your home and discuss the scope of work that is best for your property. You might only need to de-clutter or to declutter and reorganize your furnishings. Perhaps some decorative pieces like pillows, art or new bedding will do the trick. In some cases, we need to bring in a house full of furniture.
FACT: Living rooms, kitchens and master bedrooms have proven to be the most important rooms to stage.
Once we have a plan of action, a 50% deposit is required. Balance is due when the work is completed.
We are extremely expeditious and understand that time is of the essence.
If painters and other trades are needed, they will bill separately but we can/will help to coordinate.
